We will despatch your purchases within 3 WORKING DAYS (not including weekends or bank holidays) of payment, as long as you give us all the information we require. Please note that if we do not receive this information and have to email you for it, postage will be delayed.
If you change your mind … We will happily accept the return of standard stock items within 14 days of receipt, provided you return them to us unopened in the original packaging. You must pay for the return postage.
Personalised items … Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for bespoke or personalised items. Please consider your purchase carefully and make sure any instructions you give to us are accurate and spelt correctly.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase or if the item is received damaged … please contact us before doing anything else. If, as a result of our discussion, we advise you to return the item for a replacement, please send it back in the original packaging and in the condition it was received in within 3 days. We will endeavour to send out a replacement within 3 working days of receipt.
